Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Esart is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Esart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you provide incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at theesart3d@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package reshipped.

At Esart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things go wrong, so we offer a straightforward 2-day return policy under specific circumstances.

Elible Returnigs:

We accept returns only in the following situations:

Damaged or Broken Items: If the item you received is damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll gladly accept a return.

Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we’ll accept a return or send you the correct product.

Return Process:

Provide Evidence: For broken or defective items, please provide photos of the damage or defect. For incorrect items, we’ll ask for a picture of the product you received.

Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Return Shipping: If the item is defective or we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for any other reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse, change of mind).

Personalized items are not eligible for return.
